I called on 05/04/2011 for some basic info as well as questions on there website employment info. The representative who answered the phone was very short & rude. I have worked in the rental industry for 12 years now and let me tell you with as much competition as there is out there right now if thats the way there treating customers & possibly future employees no wonder there yard is always full of equipment a sign of no rental movement which equals less revenue. I would advise the managerial team to start monitoring phone calls to experience actual customer treatment.
