The rudest, unprofessional service I have ever encountered in my life. The two ladies were extremely unfriendly. Made a mistake on my transaction. refused to refund me the service fee, saying that it is not her fault. made me wait there for more than an hour (which was my lunch break and I waited patiently). At the end when I wanted to ask them that why won't they give me my full amount back, she said its Western Union's fault you have to call them and started to ignore me, when I turned to talk to the manager she was just staring at me and started to pull a tray of change and started sorting that and ignored me completely. I will never do business with them again and I would urge you to not use them so you won't be treated like I was. Pros: null Cons: null more

long processing 7/22/2005

Even though this company advertises the ease in which they can get you approved, that is not always the case. The actual wait time from the time you walk in the door and fill out the application to when you finally get approved and have the money in your hand can be as long as one hour. The employees are apologetic when this happens because you end up looking like a sick dog waiting in their hard plastic chairs as the other customers are lining up to process their loans and walk out the door with a wad of cash. more
