Beautiful fabrics, but snarky, disrespectful, unprofessional,condescending employees at the Bellevue store. Bait and switch advertising gets you in the door claiming 25% all fabrics (on website and on voicemail for the store w/no disclaimer) but its a different story in the store. If one salesperson helps you, but they aren't available on a return visit, you are treated poorly and the new rep totally bashes their coworker. The reps don't go over all the details of the order with you so when you have questions and call the store, good luck! Unbelievable. more

Custom drapery, apholstered furniture 2/17/2006

This store offers pretty decent fabric selection and does the labor in-house. It is very, VERY pricey so it is worth waiting for their sales. more

Great fabric selection and know-how 7/1/2005

This is a fabric store, but they have THE best selection of GOOD apholstery fabrics. They also can either get you in one of their classes, or hook you up with a good apholsterer. This is a pricey job, regardless of who does it, fabric for good furniture can easily be $15/yard, so be prepared! The women who work there are very knowledgeable, and if you know what perioud your furniture is, they can steer you in the right direction for fabrics. Good luck--this is a really fun task, if you have some $$! more
