Extremely friendly and helpful 6/29/2011

Baltimore Collision Center was a really nice surprise--these guys are really helpful and friendly and professional. They understand that customer loyalty goes both ways--they give great service so that you will be loyal to them, but then they also do what they can to be loyal to you. For example, I'm from a state where front license plates are not required, and did not know how/have the tools to install mine. I called them and they let me come right in, did it for me, and didn't even charge me. They just said, "our customers are generally loyal to us, so we don't mind helping them out with little things like this."\r So, if I ever have a real problem, I know who to call. more

Hit and Run Repair 12/29/2010

This is my second time visiting the Balto Collison Center. Both times were great. Matt was very nice and assessed the damages of my car very well. My car was hit on the front left fender while parked. It looks like new. I am very happy with the outcome, esp. since I have only had the car for about two months. Also, Matt quoted me the best price as well. I plan to go back in a few months to get a quote on a few other things. \r \r Thanks Matt!! and Thanks Baltimore Collision Center more

These guys are great. Unbeatable service - took me a year to get my truck back for final touches, but they treated me like I hadn't left. They had returned some parts because it took me so long to get back to the shop, but they were quick to order them again to have them for me. Exceptional service. more

Amazing Service! 7/23/2010

I messed up my front bumper trying to fit through a small space. The damage wasn't really that bad except it looked really ugly because it collapsed in on itself, and there was some scratching and bending down the front fender as well. Pros: Very friendly employees, speedy service Cons: None more

Incredible workmanship, honest and professional 5/14/2010

Throughout almost my entire experiance with Baltimore collision center, I dealt with Ted Kim (the owner??)- an extremely professional and down to earth guy. I have a 2007 Honda Accord, and it was terribly wind damaged just weeks after I bought it certified used from heritage honda. My roof and trunk lid needed to be fully replaced and repainted. I was devastated. I ran around looking for a reputable body shop to trust my new car with... all roads lead to this place... because reading the reviews which im now writing!! My car was returned clean on the inside, and sparlking shiny and waxed on the outside. THE COLOR MATCH IS EXACT!! It honestly looked better than the day I bought it off the lot weeks earlier, not kidding. Pros: Impeccable work, car looks better than ever before Cons: wouldn't call it a "con" but my car took longer than quoted more

Baltimore Collision ordered 2 front tires for my truck. They actually installed my tires within 20 minutes of my arrival. Very friendly service and honest people. more

Great customer care 4/6/2010

They've taken care of me and my car twice. The first time they were able to put in the part in my car for a good price compared to other places and they were friendly. The second time, I went back and they fixed my muffler and exhaust for a better price then most of the corporate places would have, but the best part was they dropped me off while they were working on my car AND picked me up!! :) You can't get any better then that. Pros: Very efficient, great customer care, cost effective Cons: They need to find a better location (kind of cramped) more

Very friendly and service oriented. 2/10/2010

These guys were very compassionate about my situation. They were honest and prompt in fixing my car and were very helpful in getting a rental. The whole process was actually pleasant. My car looked like it was brand new when it came time to pick it up. I hope that this is the last time I need body work done on my car, but if I do need work done, Baltimore Collision Center has a customer for life! Pros: Very professional and caring. Cons: None more

The Best Car Experience I've Had 4/14/2009

So I called after 5pm on the Friday before a hooliday and they still say me. My bumper was hanging off my car, and they fixed it there on the spot for free! Not only that, but they were polite and honest - not to mention kind! They have a customer for life! more

Satisfied Customer 2/7/2009

I decided to try Baltimore Collision Center after doing some research based on the previous positive reviews and I was not disappointed. The owner was very personable and helpful and seems to make customer satisfaction a point of emphasis. In my case, I needed an alignment and new struts, not body work, and I was very pleased with the customer service. I felt I was being dealt with honestly and that is of the utmost importance to me and why I feel comfortable writing a strong recommendation. more
