Cafe Madrid has delicious food and a wonderfully cozy and comfortable atmosphere. They serve delicious tapas, wonderful sangria and fantastic wine. They're outdoor patio is the place to sit, if possible. Otherwise, the indoor dining areas are still very cozy and nice. The service is lovely--it definitely lends itself to the atmosphere in that many of the servers appear to be very worldly and international .. perhaps exchange students? I'm not sure, but its lovely. We will continue to go there again and again.
