We stumbled upon this place after seeing a afternoon show. We had a great time! The bartender Wil was super friendly - recommending different dishes...we had the best white sangria ever. (We couldn't convince him to give us the secret recipe - darn it!!) All the tapas we had were amazing: calimari, dates wrapped in bacon, chicken with white wine and garlic, shrimp with salsa verde, pototas bravas were great - spicey! Absolutely no complaints. It was great when Wil made us a few extra pitchers of sangri on the house. We would definitely go again and recommend it to anyone! After dropping by for a drink with a friend who swore by the place i was talked into trying the steak by not only my friend but by the owner himself who also is the cook. He challenged me after hearing that i only eat at high priced steak joints on the east side. ""Argentines know steak, I'll give you a beer on the house if you don't agree"" I couldn't refuse that offer. But much to my surprise and against my senses I had to agree with him. I celebrated my 22nd birthday here after my friend insisted for months. I am so glad I listened to her. The food was unbelievable. I had the skirt steak with fries and was amazed at how good it tasted for such a reasonable price. I asked for well done and that is exactly what I got. Many times I am hesitant to ask for well done because they burn it but not here. My friends ordered the tortilla de papa, shrimp, and a gaucho burger. All of my friends were happy with their food. We ended up staying there for awhile and the owner even gave us some free drinks on the house. I highly recommend this place.
