is it cuz we are a group of blacks and asians?...friends were kicked out just cuz they bought ""the food to go "" by mistake...they wanted to sit down on da table ...friends including a lady in her 70th's.....how can waiter who is supposed to serve people kick out this old lady? she was no harm, even offer to pay tips....the waiter did not accepted...very very very mean decision...is it cuz she was a black?....no more karamba!! more

Pros---Average food\r \r Cons- Today the staff decided to order take out and we went with Karamba.... WORST MISTAKE EVER! since this would be the 3rd chance we give the place since its the closest.....To begin, we ordered the food at 11am and were told the food would take about an hour which was fine since lunch break was at 12 to 1pm....At about 12:15 I called and was told the delivery guy was just getting off the exit......The order did not arrive until 1:03.....2 HOURSSS Late!!!.... When I asked the delivery guy why did the order take so long he stated he had just picked up the order......Poor service and full of Bolony too. That is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.... The delivery guy would not tell me the name of the person in charge: he claimed he did not know it. The person who answers the phone, which is the manager and the one that takes the orders also claimed he didnt really know the owners full name- Donald, thats his name he says.... You are a manager and work for a buisnees and dont know the owners name.... Donald just Donald...How nice is that! Hmmmm maybe its Donald Duck..... Last but not least the order was wrong....I am appalled! Serves us right for trying it a 3rd time.... Gonna go with that old saying 3 strikes you're out!!!!!!!!..... And to think they rate themselves a 5star quality service........I wonder where they got the 5 stars from..... Maybe the corners 5 cents prize & Gumball machines..... more

Today we ordered from Karamba for lunch. We waited about 40 minutes and sat down to eat our food when I noticed that it was completely the wrong order and that my boyfriend was missing part of the food that comes in the special. We called to tell them about the sandwich and they said they would send another one out. We waited one hour before calling and asking where the food was. They hadn't even sent it yet. By the time they got here it was a little over two hours total before I got what I ordered, and there was strange grizzly meat in part of it and it was cold and soggy. Then I went to take a sip of the orange carrot drink I had ordered and there were plastic stickers floating in it. Not to mention that I also ordered from them on Thursday and they sent me the wrong order then too, and it tasted horrible. Two strikes is enough for me, not recommended. Pros: Cheap, large portions Cons: Wrong order, bad food more
