I've used Caccia Plumbing for several years now to fix problems I inherited in a house I bought in San Mateo. Tim was extremely professional, asking me if I preferred being called by my first name or as Mr. He explained exactly what he planned to do (I had a cracked drain pipe under my front lawn that kept getting clogged by roots and needed replacing) and then gave me updates as started the excavation. The presence of tree roots and other obstacles meant he had to make a few minor changes, but he kept me informed along the way. He handled the permitting and inspection and finished the job in less than two days. It's hard to tell that there was ever a trench across my yard. Caccia Plumbing has always been extremely professional, competent and friendly, and Tim is a great addition to their team. more

Ofa was nice, polite good worker. I have complaint with company--I asked for a 10 year warranty water heater & got 6 year--- plus appointment was to be between 12-2 pm Monday, Ofa arrived at 8:20 am. I had to scramble to rearrange appointments & an exercise class, Bill copy by email only (no able to get actual paper) & dated 6/24 when work was 6/29-- I can recommend Ofa but not the company. more

Jim M. came out to help with the problems that I have been having with my tankless heater that is only a year old. I found Jim honest and open about my problem. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get me on the road back to having hot water. I wish that I had called Jim abd Caccia for installation in the first place. Once again, Caccia Plumbing came to my rescue! I awoke one morning to find my garage full of water. During the night, my water heater had sprung a huge leak; water was gushing out from the top of the heater. I called the office, frantic about the mess in the garage. Diana assured me that help was on the way. By 3:30 that afternoon, Nate had arrived to stop the leak and restore water service to my house. Nate could not have been more helpful. He answered all my questions and left assuring me my worries were over. A day later, James arrived with my new water heater. He carefully explained what needed to be done, and why he was doing it. After a couple of hours, my hot water was working again. I have been using Caccia Plumbing for about 20 years. They have serviced my commercial and residential rental property, as well as my own home. If you are looking for a "cheap fix," do not call Caccia Plumbing. However, if you are looking for a company that exudes honesty, fairness and doing the job right the first time, then they are the plumbers for you! From the office staff to the men in the field, Caccia Plumbing is the finest company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you all!!! more

Stellar company! We will never call any other plumbers again as these guys are the best. Brilliant diagnosticians, extremely professional, they are in a class of their own. For the last 5 years they have solved all our plumbing problems and have been extremely fair in their pricing. Starting with Diane at the front desk, every member of their staff has been exemplary. Angelo and Jeff have both been to our home several times -- they are great guys, extremely trustworthy, knowledgable and efficient. We have been treated like favorite relatives by them both as they have helped us with problems big and small with a graciousness that is not often part of the profession. They leave their work area impeccably clean and never fail to protect our floors with booties. James M. came for our latest problem and he exhibited the same high level of integrity and professionalism. This is a company one can count on in every way -- its ethic is to do what's best for the customer, rather than what's best for the company's bottom line. Lastly, they come within the two hour window for which they are scheduled and if they run late (rarely), Diane gives you a call. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible. more

Over the weekend, we came across a plumbing issues (leaking pipe - not critical because we found it in time). In any event, we contacted our insurance and they recommended JAMES CACCIA PLUMBING. Caccia sent out OFA VEIMAU. Ofa is the real deal, before he started the work he explained to us the step by step process from beginning (Where the actual leak is not the drip) to end (contacting the insurance and providing a detailed explanation of what needs to be done). Ofa removed and replaced the leaking pipe (2 inch kitchen drain line). The level of service and customer support received from him/company was excellent. Once Ofa arrived on the scene, he took care of it. I no longer had to communicate or waste time making phone calls contacting the water department, insurance or plumbers. I intend to use this company in the future for work not covered by insurance. more
