Best Car Buying Experience Ever! 8/9/2013

I'm a loyal Toyota customer, because of that I have had lots of experience with purchasing Toyota's and various car dealerships. The buying experience I had at Cabe Toyota was by far the most pleasant one I have ever encountered. Joe Garcia gave me a great deal on my new Prius 4 and I didn't feel pressured or talked into anything! Perfect 3/1/2013

I recently purchased a used 2011 Corolla from Cabe Toyota. Like any first time buyer, I was apprehensive and overwhelmed by the thought of purchasing a new vehicle and all that it entails, but I have to say that the entire process was a breeze. Their selection of certified per-owned cars really surpassed my expectations and their customer service really is outstanding. The employees have the greatest personalities and really care about finding exactly what their customers are looking for. I never felt pressured or that I was being given the "run around". Both Evan Morikawa and Joe Garcia made my experience enjoyable and surprisingly fun.. Best Toyota Dealership Experience All Around 3/1/2013

I just finished leasing a new 2012 Camry from Cabe and once again, they were the best. This 2nd time around I didn't even need to engage the Costco Auto Buyers program. They present you with a proposal that makes sense and don't push you to make fast decisions. I had the opoortunity to test drive the car I wanted, but they found and even better one for me, then gave me a quote and I went home. I slept on the offer and did my research and I just simply returned on Wednesday and inked the deal, which was pretty painless. I filled the application on line from home and by the time I arrived at the dealership at 7:00 PM or so, they almost had everything ready for me to go see the Finance Rep that drafted the contract (Dwayne, great guy). My sales person Cristina Morales spent a good half an hour at least explaining the vehicle's features as well. 2013 Avalon Hybrid Limited Purchase 2/1/2013

My experience at Cabe Toyota was GREAT! I had to pre-order my 2013 Avalon the way i wanted it because it was not made in Moulin Rouge Mica with a Black Interiror. I waited a few weeks and Evan Morikawa was very hepful keeping me updated. Once the car was delivered I went to the dealer and was out in a matter of a few hours with a brand new car. If I have any questions about the car I shoot an email to Evan and he responds back, EVEN ON HIS DAYS OFF!! I am extremely happy with my purchases and the service Evan and Cabe Toyota Provide. 2012 Toyota Rav4 - awesome experience 1/26/2013

Ok, before I say anything, I must admit that I did not trust this dealership at all since everything I heard over the phone was too good to be true. I WAS PROVEN WRONG - and I thank Joe Garcia for his patience while dealing with me and never giving up.\r \r BACKGROUND\r I am a member of a credit union (SchoolsFirst...woot woot) and they were offering me an awesome APR with a pre-approval which was to expire on January 1st. On top of that, if I purchased from one of the three (3) Orange County Toyota dealerships specified by the credit union I would receive an addition 0.5% discount. Pretty awesome, right? I used CarWoo, Edmunds, TrueCar and CarsDirect to get some online quotes before I headed to the dealerships to negotiate.\r \r First dealership listed by was Toyota of Orange. I HATE THEM FOR MANY REASONS. If you ever have to buy a Toyota, avoid them. Extremely pleased 10/10/2012

Our purchase of the 2012 Sienna was so easy and stress free we couldn't be more happier. Although from the beginning, Cabe already gave the best price, we decided to visit a handful of other dealers to see how it compares. Not only were they not able to match/beat that price, but it seemed like they want to sell what they already have in the lot rather than find something that fits our budget and needs. \r We were taken cared of by Evan Morikawa, who kept in touch with us, pressure free, and got us the perfect Sienna which fits our exacting specifications. Evan was able to get a Sienna from a different dealer (we tried with other dealers and all refused, since they were getting rid of existing 2012 on-lot) which was exactly a fit for us. We live in San Clemente, CA. That is quite a distance from Cabe Toyota in Long Beach. Purchasing our RAV4 from Cabe was one of the best experiences we have ever had purchasing a new car. they offered a fair price for our trade in [1999 RX300] and a very fair price on the new car, which they had to order from the factory. The service team is excellent also. We intend to use them for service even though a distance away. Mike Shaw has been on top of our purchase since the beginning and has provided a loaner since we live so far away. Would I go back there again? You bet I would!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!! As I'm one who avoids going into a new car dealership at all costs, the experience at Cabe Toyota has given me a whole new perspective. Like many others, a visit to most car dealerships are accompanied by anxiety in preparing for the swarm of sales reps that are poised to pounce. Many are only willing to help if you are ready to buy so getting questions answered when you may not be necessarily ready to buy is what I expect.\r \r Well not here at Cabe, no one swarming towards you as you step onto the lot but they are close enough should you need something. I can't say enough about Cristina, her no pressure demeanor with a fantastic personality put me at ease almost immediately. My old car was about to reach 300,000 miles and it was getting to expensive to maintain, so I decided it was time to get a new car. I visited a few other dealerships before I came to Cabe, but they were all either too pushy, not attentive, or just rude. I was actually almost ready to call it a day until I stopped by Cabe Toyota of Long Beach. \r When I walked onto the lot, Jorge Briones approached me and seemed pleased to help me look around even though I made it very clear that I wasn't necessarily looking to purchase anything that day. I liked that I didn't feel like I was being hustled around by a pushy car salesman, I felt more like a buddy was giving me an informative tour. I went into this dealership on 5/28/2011 and traded in my 2011 Toyota Camry because I needed a truck. The sales team was very friendly and very quick to answer any questions that I had. As with dealing with any dealership, it wasn't completly painless, however Don Duddridge, the Operations Manager contacted me today, and went out of his way to correct this issue. It wasn't nothing major, however I needed my license plates for my new truck by the end of June. In the end, I will have my plates by Tuesday. Don was VERY helpful, and has taken care of it all. Other then the issue with the license plates, and going round and round on it and not being able to get a answer until Don got involved, everything was perfect. I was also very surprised to get a great trade in on my Camry.\r \r If anyway is looking for a used Camry that was taken care of and in better shape then ANY USED CAR YOU WILL EVER FIND... contact Cabe Toyota. The car was serviced EVERY 5000 miles, and it only has 15,000 on it no more

Great Experience 3/20/2011

I have bought quite a few vehicles, I have always dreaded it! This was simple! Sheri did a great job and when I came in, Kenny was by far the best person I have ever worked with! I was in and out in about an hour and a half with my new truck! Kenny did an awesome job finding the truck and getting it to the dealership for me! I was planning on buying another vehicle in the next 5 months or so, and I will be pushing my fiance to get the Toyota, so I can come back to Cabe! Thank you for everything! more

Sent: Sun, Jan 31, 2010 7:25 am\r Subject: Lakewood Resident vs Toyota Long Beach problem\r Last Sunday Vince took money from his retirement fund, and bought a 2010 Toyota from Ron Aleman Sales Consultant from Cabe Toyota.\r 2 days later, we hear there is the "recall". I called Ron and asked him if he had known about it prior to the sale.\r He said he had heard something was coming down the "pipeline" but he didn't know what.\r When I asked him why didn't he disclose this info, he transferred me to their service department.\r \r This is Vince's retirement car. He took money from his retirement fund, so he could have a new car to enjoy, during his retirement.\r The worst part is..Ron Aleman knew about the problem, prior to the sale, and I think this is criminal.\r They're website reads, they want their customers to be happy, and if there are any problems with the sales, they're willing to "work with us".\r So far, they haven't worked with us, even when I told them (in writing and on the phone), more

Cabe Toyota provided fairly poor service considering how promising it initially seemed, with service advisors ready to assist and a shuttle service to surrounding areas while you wait. They weren't very helpful in providing advice ahead of time even though they were given an apt description of our problem - a nail in the back right tire. Knowing this, they didn't check in advance to see if they had a tire for this rather marginal make of vehicle. As a result, we had to go down to Long Beach from Pasadena, once for them to stare at the nail and the second time for them to replace the tire. On the second visit, they told us the replacement would take half an hour. It turned out to take over an hour and a half, during which an hour and fifteen minutes passed before the car was even looked at. There were no status reports during this long wait. Afterwards, their only remedy to ease the frustration was a discount on the labor (about $10 worth) - a small remedy for the additional trip more
