I've been going to this location for 2 years now and the pharmacy staff has always been pretty much indifferent every month I come in. This last time though was the final straw. The girl that checked me out was rude from the beginning. When I paid, I noticed that my prescription was double the usual price. She told me repeatedly that it was not her problem and that I needed to call the insurance company. I asked her to please make sure that insurance was applied. She rolled her eyes at me and said that of course insurance has been applied. I knew I was getting nowhere with her, so I paid and left. As soon as I got in the car, I called the insurance company only to find that insurance had Not been applied to my transaction and now a claim has to be filed to get my money back. The insurance company didn't understand why the pharmacy couldn't figure that part out and why the mistake had been made. Needless to say, I'm writing a letter to corporate and Never going back.
Pros: Just like any other CVS. They have everything.
Cons: Rude and not helpful staff.
