I started going to CPR for regular oil changes, but would bring my cars here for most any work. I noticed how when they replaced parts they saved the old ones for the customer to examine. Nothing to hide is a sign of good tech work. Bravo more

CPR auto was great at getting me in the morning after I called. I needed an oil change and my breaks were squeaking on and off. They were great, checked everything and assured me that my breaks were fine. Always great to have a mechanic you can trust! more

Bill, the owner, does a great job of communicating with me as a woman. Most importantly, he is not condescending and he uses terms and phrases that are easily comprehensible. Therefore, I trust him and his team with my car. He completes the job quickly and thoroughly. I feel if I had an issue with his work, he would make every effort to correct it. more

misdiagnosed and cost me 1300 5/2/2014

I was very happy with these guys until I tried to repair an engine knock. Instead of taking the time to really make sure they knew what it was, they jumped to a conclusion. I obeyed like the trusting consumer that I am, they are experts right? So I forked over $1300. Guess what? Didn't fix the problem. Now they want to put a whole new engine in it ($3000). Well, I think I will get a second opinion. Would have made a world of difference if they had admitted they misdiagnosed the noise and then have me in store credit towards the real problem. more

The techs at CPR are great. I've been going there since 2009 and I've never once felt like I wasn't paying for anything but needed, well done work. They're informative and never vague. I'd never trust my vehicle to anyone else unless I didn't have a choice. more
