We have had CPI for over two years now. They have been alright. We had Brinks in our old house and they were better. But our new house had a CPI system so we gave them a try. We are currently selling our house and moving out of state. I called to cancel our service and I was told I signed a 60 month contract. Which I told them I would never do that. Apparently our salesman did not point that out when we were going over the contract. Now to get out of it we have to pay 75% of the remaining monthy bill which is around $800. Or we could tranfer the remainder of the contract to the new owner. I think CPI stinks. I think that it stinks that there is no way out of there contract even if you are moving out of state where they don't have CPI. I think its unfair and I will also be calling the Better Buisness Bureau to report their practice. Why would you want to do buisness with a company that does not work with you. Good luck if you waste your money on them.
Pros: None!!!!
Cons: They lock you into a 60 month contract and don't tell you.
