In the process of replacing one of the locks in my car, I came across a bolt that I wasn't able to undo by hand, as it had clearly been fastened by a machine and I didn't have the proper tools that would apply the necessary torque. more

my brother referred me to super automotive after i was tried of getting ripped off at the local delaer. I was told that i need a xenon transformer($535 with labor) for my right headlight since it wasnt working. I called in and spoke to robby he recommended me to bring the car in.after a few hours he called me back and told me they were able to repair the wiring on the xenon and it wold only cost me $100. I will definietly be using them again. more

I am very happy with Super Automotive. I have taken my vehicle there three times for a few different things, and they have always been very good. They are very fast, and I can always schedule an appointment, even if it is that morning. It is very convenient because Super Automotive is close to my work. They do good work, and they do it fast. Definitely give them a shot over the dealer, I would any day. more

All I can say is that this place is a serious "rip off"!! Charging 100-120 MORE than a dealer for MB work and service AND still cannot get problems correct. Anyone with a MB should ALWAYS stick with a dealer who knows the car and the problem. Super Automotive IS not the place to go if you need to have an expensive investment worked on. They fixed my problem at a reasonable cost and got me my car back within the same day. I feel they were honest with me regarding the repairs that needed to be made and did not try to upsell me. Upon picking up my vehicle i spoke to another customer who was there regarding his experience, he said he has been going there for years with no issues. They also provided me with a one year warranty on parts and labor. I will definetly go back for future service more

Super Automotive is across the street from my house, so location was initially what made me decide to use them. They did an oil change and tire rotation for me. It all turned out well. My experience with them was quick and easy. They were very nice and fair. They are honest automotive people. more

I send every friend in town to Super Automotive. Their service is great and their work has never faltered. I first brought my car to them about year ago for a normal oil change and I noticed that their price was a good 30 dollars cheaper than anywhere else. So I kept bringing my car back to have my fuel filters replaced, and again they were 40 percent cheaper than other places. And, there was no difference in the quality. I also had a cracked oil pan and they found a way to repair it that was cheaper than replacing it. They always find a way to save me money, their repairs always work, and they provide great customer service. more

In attempt to contain cost on my 2004 545i, i made the biggest mistake and took my car to a random shop across from work -- I figure it was convenient and almost 50% less of the cost from what the dealer would charge. My car was leaking and needed the valve gasket covers replace. On my own conclusion, I ""assumed"" the job required a lot of tedious labor (removing gasket, putting new gasket) and very little ""engineering"" or experienced work. 3 weeks later my car was still in the shop with new mechanical issues as a consequence of inexperienced hands. This shop in Gardena broke/ruined multiple sensors + cut the brake lines when working on the car. After the 4th week of my car being in the shopped, I finally lost hope and figured the more they touched my car the more things they would brake. At this point, I was already 1500+ in broken sensors and numerous mechanical issues remained open. By the 5th week I finally took my car to Super Automotive. I first came on contact with SuperAutomotive few months before when they worked on my brakes. When I called Robby with my problem, I was extremely embarrassed /sad/upset about my experienced with the shop in Gardena. Although Super Automotive is generally carefully about not taking jobs on broken cars from previous mechanics; Robby was very patience and understanding about my situation. SuperAutomotive had to start from scratch rebuilding/fixing every single issue that the previous shop had caused. It took a lot of diagnostics, patience but SuperAutomative was able to put my car back to it's original condition. They spend significant time free of charge testing every component to ensure the car was in the best condition possible. It's being 3 months since this incident and my car has been running exceptional great. To everyone out there, don't make the mistake I made and make sure only certified/experienced mechanics touch your car- even for smaller issue. SuperAutomotive has the experienced staff and are certainly less expensive than dealer prices. Thank you Super Automotive. PS - Robby, Sean and the entire staff are amazing. Great, great people. Super European Automotive is a place that goes above and beyond to please their customers. Honest and respectable service. Everyone in the family treats you with respect and they treat you like you are one of their family members. I took my car to another repair shop in town and they told me that the car would need at least $1,500.00 in repairs and Super Automotive fixed the problem for $250.00. On another occasion, I used Super Automotive to do body work and they went above and beyond what was expected putting my car back together better than new. The body work and paint job were excellent!
