There is a feeling of family among those who work at Citi. They try to work a win-win situation. I was amazed at how many cardholders did not know that they had a Citi credit card from the retail shop like Home Depot. Cardholds reply at a delinquent account would be"" I do not have a Citi bankcard."" So this I have to say to the last comment,retails are not banking institutions.They must rely on some bank to allow customer credit. There is no intent to harass any cardholder. As humans agents we sometime may not press the update button to give the autodialer a rest from calling 8x's/day.Sorry. The agent soft sales to get a solution for the past due account. Citi has been sensitive to the hardship the economy has brought to Americans. Therefore, they have extended graciously programs that do help those deeply behind payments. I believe the potential cardholder should read the bold and fine print. Citi is printed on the credit application along with the high interest and consequences for deliquesces. READ the application thoroughly before signing. Then, you as a customer will decide if you will be able and willing to put up with the calls. I worked there for a few days and wish I could stay but sitting at a computer is not the job for me. I did see compassionate agents try to resolve difficult issues successfully. more

WE HAVE A HOME DEPOT CREDIT CARD WITH THESE PPL,IF THEY`RE THE ONES THAT HAVE A PMT PROCESSING IN DES MOINES.THESE PPL FAILED TO SEND OUT A MONTHLY STATEMENT FOR SEP,& THEN JUST STARTED CALLING DEMANDING PMT ON THIS PAST THURSDAY.WE ONLY OWE A LOUSY 52.00,I SENT A CK TO THEM ON FRI.tHEN THEY`RE AUTO CALLING CENTER BEGIN CALLING EVERY 2 HRS ON FRI SAT EVEN SUN,2 TIMES TODAY,,i WOULD URGE EVERYONE WHO DOES BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT TO STOP UNLESS THEY WANT TO BE HARRASSED OUT OF THEIR MIND......... more
