Cgi is a really beautiful facility. I am a member and I am really pleased. There is a korean style sauna, jacuzzi, huge swimming pool and so many different yoga, pilates, and tai chi classes available. There is a gym facility as well. The staff is warm and loving to everyone. I would tell anyone out there to come and visit and try any activity. You will have fun!! more

I have been taking tai chi and yoga classes at CGI for over four years. I have been able to relieve my chronic back pain from a herniated disc thanks to their classes. I highly recommend taking a trial class to see if their trainng can work for you too. more

If you want to join a cult. 5/24/2012

This place use Spa&Fitness to be the front of a cult which lead by a Korean guy. They will talk you to take a yoga class which is NOT REAL YOGA, and then they will convince you to take their workshop. They have more than 150 branches all over US, please do not support this business because they take advantage from those who desperate and depressing. more

Long Time Member 3/15/2012

I have been a long time (12 years) member of CGI Holistic in Closter NJ, right behind the K-Mart. The energy / Dahn yoga improved the quality of my life both physically and emotionally. Come and give it a try. It is low impact with great results. There is many other services at CGI but I really love the yoga. more

One-stop shopping point 2/3/2012

I was lucky enough to be exposed to this luxurious place thanks to my friend. This place got whole thing! It has a gym, group class, its specialized yoga class( which is called Dahn yoga), massage salon, sauna and ...... what did I miss? Yeah, pool !! You can hardly smell chlorin because it has ionized filtering system. Less chlorin, less skin irritation. \r You'd love to take a tour to this place. Much more than just a Gym 2/1/2012

I had a coupon from Suburban Momma to use here for a massage. I was very pleasantly surprised as the experience and massage exceeded my expectations ! I felt so comfortable here. The staff is very friendly and you can feel a positive vibe amongst staff and members. While waiting for my appt with my delicious cup of tea, I noticed how beautiful CGI is inside. I have been living in Bergen County for awhile and I didn't realize how much CGI has to offer -I saw they have a gorgeous, large, sparkling, clean pool, offered various yoga and dance classes and also have a full service salon (which is a gorgeous space btw). There is also a full size gym where one can also have personal training sessions. I will definitely be back to take a tour and look into experiencing more at this facility I am looking forward to my next massage and facial!\r \r \r more

If you are looking for a serene upscale environment, this is the right gym for you. With a diverse list of yoga classes as well as spa services, it's one stop shopping for all of your self care needs. It truly is a holistic spa, with healing therapy, Tai-Chi and Energy Yoga as well as massage therapy, facials and waxing. The facilities are unmatched in the Northern Valley. Their pool has an ionization system that minimizes the use of chlorine. This is truly the best of the best. more

Yoga Experience you should not miss! 6/16/2011

It has been almost a year since the first time I went to CGI, since day one I have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and the Yoga classes and workshops have help me change my life for the better. I am so grateful to be a member of this facility and to be able to practice yoga with so many truly amazing people. I totally recommend giving a yoga class a shot, it could be the best decision you make! more

Amazing Staff and Health and Healing Experiences 11/2/2009

I have been a member with CGI for many years now and appreciate the caring and knowledgable staff and amazing classes and especially the pool and healing sessions- very unique place for health and healing Pros: Beautiful facility; hot baths, no chlorine pool; great yoga Cons: a little pricey but worth the money more
