VERY DISAPPOINTED -Signed contract to redo interior pool. Had to call CDC Pools to remind their Superintendent to call me. Chip out was supposed to occur on Friday. No show so called CDC Pools. I was told chip out crew would be there "first thing" Saturday morning. Tile employee called to say he would be there on Monday to install tile. CDC Pools called on Friday advising of 2nd payment needed at time of chip out. Chip out crew no showed again on Saturday. Superintendent was called on Saturday and had no idea why chip out crew did not show up (POOR COMMUNICATION INTERNALLY) but confirmed they were supposed to be there Saturday morning according to employee who scheduled them. Tile employee re-contacted me on Sunday night to let me know he was showing up Monday morning to install tile. He was never told by anyone at CDC Pools, Superintendent included, that chip out crew never showed up so he could not install tile. I had to notify the tile employee Monday morning not show up. No apologies were ever given and demanded deposit be refunded. Poor business practices and poor communication, internally and externally. CDC Pools website says they ""Deliver perfection on every project"" and ""Believes your pool remodeling project is important and will act like it"". Both statements are ""LIES"" in my opinion. I was excited to have my pool redone but that excitement is gone and I will feel apprehensive on my next company I use. THANKS CDC POOLS!!!!!!! more

We've actually had CDC remodel two pools for us. Both times happy. Satisfied with the price and quality. They basically told us what they were going to do and did it. more

We've had CDC Pools redo two pools for us so far. The last one they resurfaced the pool over good tile and a real flagstone deck. I was concerned about them hurting the flagstone, but there wasn't a spot or nick. Very happy. They have very professional salespeople and they do what they say they're going to do. more

CDC Pools just completed a remodel of our 20+ year old pool, and they did an excellent job. Pricing was competitive, workmanship excellent, and every crew was professional, considerate of our property, skilled, and efficient. From the initial sales consult, to the final start up, CDC exceeded our expectations. \r Note, a pool remodel entails a lot of work phases and tradesmen, it takes a while to complete, but is well worth the time. more

I wish I had found this site 7 years ago. That was whn CDC pools replastered and remodeled our pool and deck. We were never totally happy with the job. Before their one year gaurantee was up there was evidence of rebar showing through the plaster. A rep came out and said he would send a diver, never happened. Calls were not returned.\r I have just had an acid wash, the person who did this said if I hadn't told him the plaster was only 7 years old he would have thought it was the original(30 years old) . As he put it, it looked as though the contractor was p***d off with us. \r Remodeling and replastering a pool is a big investment. (over $6,000) I would never use this company again and have told friends who asked who did our poo not to use them, and all that was before the acid wash! more

Two years into the new pebble and magically my warranty was ""void"". Hired another pool company to come out and fix the mistakes. Recommend hiring someone else. more

I've used CDC twice in the past 12 or so years. Both experiences good ones. The first purchase they competed with 4 or 5 other companies and their salesperson was far more professional and knowledgeable than the rest. He listened and made suggestions; never pushed. He was the only one we felt was not there simply to sell us a remodeling job. He was there to help us.\r \r We did pebble, tile and new equipment the first job. And just pebble on another pool. The work was very good on both projects. On the first job they were priced about in the middle. On the second, I don't know, since we didn't shop.\r \r They are the only people I'd let touch my pool. Top notch. more

CDC Pools sure talked a good sales pitch but unfortunately could not walk the walk! We are very disappointed and cannot recommend them to anyone! There were extreme delays with no explanations and total lack of communication. The remodel is taking twice as long as they stated. Their contractors were very disrespectful of our back yard. They knocked out our cable, plugged up our sewer line with dirt and rock and destroyed landscaping. Mike Shriver at Presidential Pools was a close second in the bidding and I wish we would have gone with them! You just have higher expectations when you spend $15,000+ It has been a very frustrating experience. more

Had a pool resurfaced. Good work. It's always nice to have a good experience with a company you won't be using too often. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

The service her wasn't the best that you could get. \r The employees were nice and the service was ok. \r I really believe that they could have done better. \r It wasn't really too quick either. I had higher expectations from it. more
