Everyone I dealt with was friendly knowledgeable, and especially accomodating! Chad said three days, and it took one! I asked if I could pick up my car after dropping my daughter off at soccer practice at 6 and without hesitation I was told that would be fine - they would stay open later! THANKS! more

Volkswagen certified for sure!! Thank you all for everything & making this such a smooth process. Front desk receptionist were great, mechanic who worked on my car did such a great job. You guys even cleaned my car! Yay! Thank you! more

We were devastated to have our car damaged in a collision. Chantilly Auto Body gave us fantastic customer service from the moment we drove our car on the lot- to the day we drove it off the lot, repaired beyond out expectations. Carol was fabulous, kept us up to date on a daily basis. Top notch service, thank you! more
