I scratched my car alongside my cement garage. Nate worked with me to get an affordable estimate, and the initial estimate and final cost were the exact same. I think I've had about two things done by Center City Collision. They repaired my door and then did some body work on the same car a few weeks later. They delivered everything as promised, at the quote they gave me and there were no surprises. I'd definitely use them again, Kevin is a great guy! more

While on vacation my car was hit in a parking lot. Not a large amount of damage but when I called from North Carolina the gentleman who answered gave me all the information I needed and set up the appointment to bring my car in. Once I was home the repairs were done in two days finished when I was told it would be finished. This is second time I have had repairs done here and both times I was exceedingly happy with the service and repair work. more

I recently had my car repaired at Center City Collision. This is the third time I have had a car repaired at Center City. The quality of the repair work was excellent. The service was also very courteous and friendly. They helped me arrange a rental car, contacted my insurance company to get approval of the claim, and kept me informed about the status of the repair work on my car. Kevin Rains from Center City Collision has worked on three of our cars. The first was our Toyota Camry, it was crashed into twice. It was an older car, a 1999, but he was able to match the paint perfectly. He also threw in fixing the trunk lid at no additional charge which I really appreciated. Next, he worked on our Volkswagen Jetta, which had been in a hit and run. He did a ton of work to it, and was able to fix the trunk after three separate tries. I feel I can ding him a bit, nobody can be perfect all of the time. Next, he worked on our Ford Freesyle, which was just a minor touch-up before turn-in work. There were some scratches and dings in the bumper and there was very little work that it needed, so it only cost me lunch. I've recommended Kevin to a neighbor and a couple of my co-workers. I've never met anyone like Kevin, someone who is so personally involved in his business and caring about his customers. Not like anybody you might expect to be working in an auto shop. He's a really good guy. more

Center City Collision is wonderful! They seriously make any bad experience into the best experience possible, it's amazing! My husband collects cars, and we must have been there at least seven times. They'v done all kinds of things for us, you name it, from car crash repairs to scratches that need to be buffed out, they've done it all for us. Every time we've gone there has been great. Our cars look great when they're done. These are wonderful people. And when you walk into the shop it doesn't seem like you're in a car place, but in a nice, clean place of business with friendly and genuine people who are ready to help. Kevin and his staff were great from beginning to end from the quote to the final inspection. My truck had some extensive damage in the rear quarter panel and when I picked it up you couldn't tell there had been any damage to it. The office staff and whole crew answered every question I had about the process. more

It seems we are in an a moment in time where people want only convenience and sacrifice any thought of quality. If you like to eat McDonalds ""chicken"" mcnuggets everyday then Center City Collision might not be for you. That is not to say Center City isn't convenient and timely, because it is, but the emphasis is on quality, and the quality starts from the top. As I entered the office, I was greeted by the owner, who answered all my questions thoroughly. The vibe in the shop is one of pride of work and not just completion of a task. I got the impression the people working at Center City were part artist/part obsessive. In short. Quality, Professionalism, Environmentally Conscious, Conveniently Located. A+++ more
