my wiife and i got our wedding invitations from this place and it was a complete disaster. when i first called this place to setup an appt. i was told that it would be at the westland location but it could move to their new location at joy manor and i would be called if it did. well 2 weeks went by and i never got a phone call until the day of the appt. my wife and i were half way there when one of the owners called me and told me that we were to go to the new location. i told her that we didn't know that because we were to be called if there was a change and that didn't happen which she challenged me on. we finally got there 10 mins late. the owner we met with was completely unprofessional. instead of paying attention to us, the paying customer, she was taking personal phone calls on her cell. it got so bad that she mixed up the names on our invitations. some how my mother in-laws name got on there and was also put on the return envelope. i highly suggest that anyone that is looking to get invitations of any sort stay far far away from this place. the only good part that came from it is that we got free thank you cards for the bridal shower.
