C H Auto

I have been looking for a car for my son for a while. I live not too far away from this used car dealer. Looked at least 5~6 places before my son found his car at C H Auto. Compared the cars between all these dealer we have visited, CH Auto have much cleaner and nicer cars. Sales staff were friendly and knows exactly what they were doing. \r They did a excellent work of financing my son (as a first time buyer) Good rate and payments. We had a small issue with power window not working after about 2 weeks. My son brought it back and they did resolved the problem quickly and best of all they did not even charge my son. I have bought used cars over 15 years in United States. I had never had a such pleasant experience with an used car dealer. Wish other used car dealer can be more like C H Auto. more

I totaled my car in an accident and was looking for a replacement. I was recommended by my sister to buy from here cause her company does the financing for CH Auto. This review is for my experience and my car only. I'm sure they have some satisfied customers somewhere. I purchased an SC430 from them. Within the first 6 weeks I brought in the car over 7 times for issues. The issues ranged from engine light, tire pressure light, to bad sounds coming from tires and car completely shutting off power. They tried to fix it everytime i brought it in but nothing they ever did fully fixed any problem. They even at some point tried to blame me for the problems the car was having. You gotta be kidding me, i've had the car for less then a month and less then 300 miles and you say it is my fault? I finally got tired of their poor work on my car and brought the car to my friend at Santa Monica Lexus. Turns out CH AUTO sold me a car in horrible condition for a very elevated price. The dealership said i had atleast 5k in repairs and that a MORAL used car dealership would never of sold a car in this condition to anyone. He also added that the car was dangerous due to the tire condition (which CH AUTO admitted to selling me a car with bad tires but didn't offer to replace). They said that I am likely to lose control in the rain as a result of the tire conditions. This brings me to the conclusion that CH Auto can care less if the vehicle is safe for their customers. As long as it is out of their hands, it isn't for them to worry about. After fixing the car to its safest possible conditions, I spent almost 22k and countless hours getting this stupid piece of crap to be somewhat reliable. BUYER BEWARE! It is a gamble when you buy with these guys. I've learned my lesson. I purchased the car for 16,500 and ended up spending another 5k to make it drivable. My sister's company is not reluctant to work with CH AUTO due to their poor business practices. more

I was in the market looking for a used BMW. I was specifically interested in looking for a 530i. To my amazement When I walked into CH AUTO I noticed a large selection of high end cars. There were tons of Mercedes, BMWs, Lexus, and even a Ferrari in the show floor. I was SHOCKED!!! So once I walked in I was greeted by a man named John (Dark man). After visiting several used car dealership in nearby and countless research i was firm on price. I told him exactly what I wanted and exactly what I was looking for and I even gave him the amount I was willing to spend (lowball offer). I was surprised that they were even willing to work with me since I look very young for my age. I gave them a 5 star because they accepted my offer that I thought was a bit low. I will recommend my family and friends to come here for future purchases. more

I was having a hard time finding a good dealership with real people I could trust so when this car dealership was referred to me from a good friend of mine, I was skeptical at first about how I would be treated as a customer. My friend told me that the service was friendly and the second-hand car selection had a large variety, so I decided it wasn't a bad idea just to check it out. (By the way, the only reason why I didn't give 5 out of 5 stars was because this place was so busy, which probably means business is good.)\r I wasn't planning to buy anything with at first but then I saw the car I wanted (toyota camry) that fit perfectly with my budget. the sales person was very nice and not at all pushy. He answered all my questions and concerns (I think his name is Joe) and I even went back another time get my car serviced (free car wash!) more

Went there with my father try to buy a used car or corolla. The first thing the salesman said was ""which one do you want to buy?"" I said I didn't know I wanted to compare the two cars. He said "" which one do you want to make a deal on to buy today?"" and ""so we're going to make a deal today right now?"" Later on we try to test drive the car then he said"" Do you have money with you"" We just run away from them. more
