C & D Auto Body

I went to C & D Auto Body for the first time and I was very satisfied with the job they did. The main thing I liked about them was that they were fast. I had a mirror broken on my vehicle and they were able to help me. Surprisingly they fixed the mirror for cheaper than the price they quoted which was great. They also did not try to sell any other services and products to me which I was also pleased with. The mirror looks as good as new and I will be going back to C & D Auto Body for sure! more

I have done business with C & D Auto Body a number of times and I am happy with the work they do. It is always carried out to a very high standard and completed efficiently and promptly. Their prices are higher than some others in the market but I think it is best to pay more for quality sometimes. They are very responsive to the needs of their customers and I will be using them in the future. more

Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with an auto body shop. I could write a really long drawn out review like a few of other people but ill keep it short. Basically I was told my car would take 3 days to repair, I had been in an accident and was using the other persons insurance company. The insurance company could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process and was left exhausted and frustrated with the auto body shop as much as i was. The auto body ended up finding more damage on the car then the initial estimate and needed to request more money from the insurance company and that's when things went terribly wrong. No one in the office seems to be able to use a computer, send an email, or respond to several phone calls in a timely manner. They took 10 days to provide the insurance company with the correct supplement and paperwork so they could pay them direct. They ended up having my car for 3 weeks! when they only needed to replace a bumper and headlight. The owner Howard could not be more unprofessional, rude, incompetent and downright unwilling to provide any sort of customer service. Not only did they not submit the paperwork on time, they held my car for 3 xtra days until the check arrived, even after the insurance company pleaded to release the car and show proof of payment. I am also stuck with a 260 dollar rental car bill because they took longer than the insurance companies policy on how many days i could have a rental car...PLEASE PLEASE to not give your business to C & D auto. more

I was very pleased with C & D Auto Body. I have only used them one time for a paint job. They repaired the paint on my rear bumper. I do not know a lot about paint work and I have not had this car long, but they were ale to explain the work very thoroughly. They seemed pretty confident that they would be able to fix it, and their explanation put my mind at ease. They were skilled, honest, timely, and gave a good assessment. Their prices were fair- very decent. The bumper looks just like it did before the paint was scratched. I would return for any of their services. They are professional and really care a lot about their customers. more

C & D Auto Body kept me updated with the process of fixing my car. They provided great customer service. If I had any questions, there were no problems getting in contact with them and getting the questions dealt with. more

C & D Auto Body always does a good job. I use them regularly. They do the regular service work on my cars, and I have also used their auto body shop. Someone ran into me once, and I had to bring my car into the auto body section for some work. I have been happy with both aspects of their services. .My car needed front fender & mirror fixed . I was asked what type of insurance do I have .I was told there policy is if you have Allstate they will work with the estimate. They took my car apart and took apart more than what was needed. Trying to get more money from me and my insurance. That was deceitful and unique professional. So they wanted money that bad to make a dishonest buck. more

I had a great experience with C & D Auto Body. They adhered to their schedule and their estimate. They told me what time to bring my car in, when to pick it up, and were able to direct me to a place where I could get a rental while my car was in the shop. more

I was told to go there by my insurance for estimation. The C & D said the car is not drivable, and they arranged me a rental. I was so so happy until that moment. They received the car for price estimation not for repair. I went there after they completed the estimation to take the car, however they were not happy because I told them I have my own place for the job. The lady told me to call a tow truck, and she said again it is lunch time better to come back after an hour. I came with a tow truck. What I found out was very very unprofessional. I didn't even recognized my car. All the front and rear lights, and front pumper removed. (Only the driver side mirror, rear pumper, and driver side fender were damaged during the accident). They were very reluctant to show me where my car is. My experience with them was very poor, and here is my advise unless you don't have any option, don't leave your car with them for a price estimation!!! more

I went to C & D Auto Body after I was in a car accident and, for the most part, I was really happy with them. The only thing is that they took two weeks when they told me it was supposed to take three days. Supposedly, it took them a long time to get a part sent to them for the front quarter panel--which is what the damage was. In the end, however, everything came out perfect and I was really happy with the job they did. The prices were competitive and I would definitely go back to them if I was having auto trouble. more

This was the first time I worked with C & D Auto Body. They worked on my '05 Lexus ES 330. They did everything as promised, did quality work, and it was a very easy process. They gave me an estimate within 15 minutes of taking my car in to their shop, scheduled me, completed my vehicle on time, and at the right price. I would recommend them. more

I went on line and found C and D, I was really impressed by the reviews, and decided to give them a try. It was good when I picked up my car, so I thought, it still had lots of primer under the trunk and the edges, I was told that the car would be detailed and could come back for that services, by the next day, the trunk which was involved in an accident and was repaired by C and D, would not close. I called and got an appointment to bring the car back( in which I took off work for this) The trunk was repaired once again, however, primer is still very noticeable- under the trunk and the rods, that holds the trunk open, this was very poor detailing. The only thing that I would give C and D credit for, is ordering a battery for the car entry remote, this was done as a courtesy because my alarms were not working, and that was really a concern of mines. The next time I need repairs, I will take my car to Mudgett's auto body, whom was my second choice. more

C& D Auto Body is very professional. They have the right balance of excellent customer service and everyone on the staff is very easygoing yet extremely knowledgeable. They were able to convey information very well and were quite responsive. After I had dropped my car off for work to be done, I received both a phone call and e-mail from them, thanking me for trusting them with the car and reminding me that they would be giving me periodical updates about how the work was going. I started receiving updates from them the very next day about where they were in the process and when they estimated the service would be done. This added a personal touch to the service which I really liked. They did a very careful and thorough job physically repairing the dents in my car and I am very satisfied with the work done. I had no problems with them whatsoever and would highly recommend them. more

I am a very satisfied customer of C and D Auto Body. The staff there are kind and cordial. They are prompt in responding to me and follow my requests. They also provide a shuttle bus service, which I like. more

I received poor service from C and D Auto Body. I was rear-ended, and when they originally did the job, the trunk was on extremely crooked. It was very noticeable, and when I pointed this out to the mechanic, he told me "most customers take it as it is". They went ahead and fixed it. However, the second time they fixed it, they still didn't get it completely right, as there is a missing bolt on the rear bumper. I am in another state now, so I'm not going to bother to go back and have them fix that. more

C & D Auto Body fixed my broken rear side mirror and did an excellent job. They fixed my car within a week. It looks better than new. My office manager is good. The owners and management give me VIP service. I always bring my cars to them. C. Muhammad more
