I was told to go there by my insurance for estimation. The C & D said the car is not drivable, and they arranged me a rental. I was so so happy until that moment. They received the car for price estimation not for repair. I went there after they completed the estimation to take the car, however they were not happy because I told them I have my own place for the job. The lady told me to call a tow truck, and she said again it is lunch time better to come back after an hour. I came with a tow truck. What I found out was very very unprofessional. I didn't even recognized my car. All the front and rear lights, and front pumper removed. (Only the driver side mirror, rear pumper, and driver side fender were damaged during the accident). They were very reluctant to show me where my car is. My experience with them was very poor, and here is my advise unless you don't have any option, don't leave your car with them for a price estimation!!!
