Shawn was very prompt, showed up when I was informed he would be here. Shawn is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable in his career. He took the time to explain to me every step of the ac inspection. He also showed me how to clean my ac unit and how to flush the drain line inside the house. I would recommend Shawn to anyone. Service Survey 6/7/2016

Dave Loop is an excellent technician. He always goes beyond the scope of what is necessary. He has been here to install my furnace and air conditioning units. On Christmas eve 2015, my hot water tank failed. My whole family (fifteen people) was here for the holiday. Dave came out at about 11:00 A.M. on Christmas eve and made it possible for the tank to function on a temporary basis. Christmas was the next day. On December 26, he was here at 8:15 A.M. took the old unit out, replaced the new one and everything was completed by 10:30. Amazing service. I would recommended him and your company to anyone. more

Great Appointment for Furnace check up 4/13/2016

Had Dave for C&C come out after receiving a discount reminder card. He was thorough and gave us plenty of information on maintaining the unit. Will have him back when it is warm enough to check out the A/C. more

We recently had an air conditioner installed by this company. Dennis was prompt (arrived at the appointed time) and professional... When finished, they left everything neat and clean. I was very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. They also installed our furnace last October and were just as neat, clean and professional. 5 stars!! more

I was given a call that the technician was on his way. Shawn was here within a 1/2 hour. He put his covers over his shoes and got to work immediately. He did a great job on a tune up of my gas furnace. Would recommend this company and Shawn. more

Top Notch Job and People 1/13/2016

I just had my furnace changed out. Brian in sales with Mike and Scott on the install team did an excellent job. As an engineer myself I appreciate precision work. These folks are artisans. Very smooth and easy process with C&C. Highly recommend this company. more
