Kevin, like all of your service people, was efficient and courteous. Having the service plan makes me feel safe about my furnace and other appliances (AC) that are on my plan. My Carrier furnace has served me well. I especially like the huge filter that picks up irritants from the air making my home a comfortable place in which to live. Thank you for your service more

Cleaning ductwork 12/1/2016

Another thorough job from the folks at C & C Heating/& HInson Heating & Air Conditioning. After two hours they were ready to take on another assignment. My duct-work was lint free and ready for another year. Observation: When the C & C Heating name comes up on the TV screen to confirm an appointment, the message reads: C & CHEATING. Oooops! Wrong message. It reminds me of the rejoinder that people often repeat: No Problem! I think the rejoinder should be, My Pleasure! The last reminder they have with the former comment is "PROBLEM" not what you want the customer to think of when your name is mentioned. RAH more

Excellent sales and service! 11/10/2016

Brian H. was on time and very professional during his estimate. He was able to educate me on my options and was fair with his price. Dave C and Dan N did great work on the install. They were able to get my zone system up and running and leave my basement cleaner than when they left. I would highly recommend C & C to anyone! more

install a/c 10/3/2016

mike removed elect cord I needed for My dehumidifier, did not tell me, and or why ? I called c/c . they sent out someone who was not here at time of ac install, had no answer why, or what could be done. Mike did the electrical, he should have came out for the call! more

Mike and Ambrose were very polite and professional. It was a tricky install due to the furnace location and they did an outstanding job. Very clean work. They explained the entire installation process and equipment operation thoroughly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family! more

Duct Cleaning 8/31/2016

Great job! Jaylen and Shawn were very professional and courteous. They took the time to explain their procedure and showed me before and after photos of my ductwork. There was a considerable difference between the before and after. Both men worked well together. Great service at a great price for the consumer. more

Dave Loop is a true professional service man with emphasis on service. He is knowledgeable with the product and explains it in a way that is understandable to the lay person. When I had continuing problems with my furnace Dave was able to help get me into a new, more efficient unit at a price that beat his repair price. Now that is a deal. He came back out to check on the installation crew, making me feel like I mattered and that means a lot. Dave, love you man!!! more

Air Conditioner installation 8/10/2016

We recently had our air conditioner replaced by C and C Heating and Cooling and it was a terrific experience! They were able to come right out and got us a new air conditioner the very next day, which was wonderful considering we were in the middle of a heat wave. The techs were professional and extremely nice, as was the office staff. I highly recommend C and C! more

A Honest Reliable Efficient Service! 8/7/2016

We had a blower issue that intermittently would cease and thus leave us without airconditioning. Dezimel B from C & C arrived on time, very very friendly and respectful of my home, using foot covers etc.. Went above and beyond to really determine if the problem was the blower and, when all else checked he replaced the unit explaining it all to me as he worked..Great experience. and highly recommend him and C&C Heating and Cooling ! more
