I dont know anything about Mr. Murphy or how Byrne Dairy treats employees, perhaps thats a bonafide matter for a different page/web site........Heck, I dont even live in Upstate, I just visit.......But when I am there (Baldwinsville/Syracuse) Byrne Dairy serves up the BEST soft serve you can ever want. The flavors (especially CHOCOLATE) are unmatched anywhere else. I always find myself counting the months or weeks before I return untill I can enjoy Byrne Dairy Soft Serve. The portions that are served are enormous ( compared to the sparse sizes you get on the West Coast) and the prices are great. Overall great quality and value!!! This will easily be you favorite after you have had it just once!!! Pros: Simply the BEST soft serve you will ever enjoy!!! Cons: ???? There isnt one next door to me !!!! I have to travel across the country to have it!!! more

No wonder you always have a continious ad running for drivers,because you are Cheap, and SCREW them out of MONEY $$$$$.There is a BIG--PROBLEM with Byrne Dairy and the way they LIE, and CHEAT thier employee's. No wonder there is a REVOLVING--DOOR there. They don't care that They don't provide thier drivers with adequate equipment to do the job, or how long it takes for a driver to complete his route ! The drivers that have been with the company for a while get the good equipment, THE MONEY $$$ ROUTES, HAND HELD COMPUTERS that work, and the NEWEST TRUCKS. The NEW DRIVERS get SCREWED all the way around , $$$ money number one, computers that don't work, and trucks that don't belong on the road. I FEEL SORRY for the new employeeys ! DID---I--MISS--ANYTHING--MR MURPHY !!!!!!!!! Pros: They have milk ! Cons: DON'T-BUY-ANYTHING-FROM-THEM !--MR MURPHY--YOU-NEED-A-PAY-CUT-$$$ more
