I went to Byers Imports to purchase a Subaru Impreza. He spent two and a half hours with me, we found that I was not able to get financed on the exact car I wanted. Most dealers would have just told me to have a nice day, but he found out what other vehicles would spark my interest. He then spent another five hours letting me test drive half the lot before I went home with my Brand New Impreza 2.5i Special Edition. The dedication that I received from my dealer was fantastic, he helped me through the entire process from start to finish and let me control the sale. I have referred several friends to Byers Imports and Chad already and they all have said the same thing: great professional service, expansive product knowledge, friendly staff and a great management team. I will definitely purchase a Subaru and when I do it will be from Byers Imports. more

Byers Imports' management, Eric Friend (Service Manager) & Kevin King (General Manager) made good on a repair that they could have possibly turned down. They were professional,understanding and the stood behind the product. I have always managed people and businesses and was impressed with the way they handled my issues. Most importantly, I trust the dealership. Whenever I need to get my car serviced or I just run into an emergency, the staff are so accommodating and friendly. That quality can be rare. At least, it has been for me at other dealerships. more

Their work is AMAZING. I took my car for a wax (buff and clay) and my car came out to be a mirror under the sunlight. They even cared to work on my taillights, making them look like new (they are aftermarket so they did loose their shine fast). more

I recently purchased a subaru Forester on January 8, 2011. The salesman, Paul Adkins assured me this vehicle would get me to Florida, that nothing was wrong with it, one owner, it would be a great car for me. I am a single woman who needed to get back to Florida for a job. I had called the salesman several times to discuss some concerns but he would only say ""I bought it as is"". He said Goodyear across the street from their store did the inspection, they made sure all fluid levels were correct. etc. Everything he told me was a complete lie. What he didn't tell me was the engine had a busted head. I ws able to get the car to southern ohio and no farther. I would never suggest anyone buying from Byers. Nor will any of my friends buy from them. I have several people passing the word on what Byers did to a single woman who trusted the word of this salesman from Byers. He told me he would and/or could do anything to help me. DO NOT BUY FROM BYERS! more

I have made 5 purchases from Byers Imports. My most recent attempt was ended quickly... when the manager, Heath Maynard, told me he would offer me ""auction value"" on my vehicle, but confirmed he would ask ""Kelly Blue Book retail"" on my purchase. Hmmm. take half as much on my trade in and sell me a car for twice what they purchased it for. He was shocked when I didn't think it was fair.. I would expect more for a repeat customer that happily walked away with any offer given in the past.. Maybe I'm naive and just caught on to their game this go-around. We won't be purchasing any more vehicles from them!!! I don't think it would be worth the drive if they ""gave us a vehicle"". One more thing that should have posed a red flag... but gave the benefit of the doubt.. On our last purchase of a Lincoln LS, he ""rushed"" us out the door stating he had a hockey game to go to and if we took much longer deciding (we had been there 20 minutes) some one else would have to finish the transaction). Unless you are there to buy a Jaguar or a Porche, they will not give you attention or the time of day. I'm sure if you intend on buying one of the two, they will make sure you pay too much. Pros: customer care is decent Cons: you pay big bucks for the customer care, trade-in, a bit snobbish more
