Fantastic Experience 10/10/2011

Most of the times when you go to a car dealership salesman are all over you trying to sell you the most expensive cars on the lot, not Bryers! They are the best and so honest! Fantastic Experience, I recommend them to absolutely everyone who needs a car! more

Actually listen to what you want 10/10/2011

Byers import is so great. The salesmen do not try to pressure you into a more expensive car just to help their commission; they actually listen to what you want in a vehicle! The staff really knows the cars and explained to me all the different options; it was a really great first car buying experience! more

Best place in town to buy a car! 10/7/2011

This is the best place in town to buy a car! They were so quick to respond to my phone call about buying a car and made me feel secure in coming down to look at one. They did not try to force me into buying a car that day and let me really take my time deciding. The car I bought has run fantastically and I recommend them to all of my friends! more

I can only agree with most of the posts, Byers did a great job (and cheap!) on my car, a Subaru that I just bought. Complete check up, alignment, .. no extra job that I did not need. 2 thumbs up. The only mechanic in the city I am glad to refer to friends. more

Comfortable Experience 10/3/2011

I purchased the Audi A5 from Byers Imports. The sales rep provided a great sales experience and made me feel very welcome at this dealership. He handled everything well and was very efficient and professional and made me feel like family. I have purchased many cars for myself and my business over the years and it was the most comfortable experience I have ever had. In the future there is no doubt that I will go back to Byers Imports. more

Purchased my fourth BMW from Byers Imports, and continue to be impressed be the quality of cars, the professionalism of the car salesmen, and the supporting car service provided. My salesperson was most responsive, professional, helpful in assisting me with my BMW 328i selection. He was always quick to respond to my phone calls/emails during my car selection process. Byers Imports in general, and my sales person in particular, continue to exceed my expectations in terms of customer service, quality and assortment of vehicles, and overall value. more

This is car dealing at it's finest. They are completely honest in their presumption of no hassle, no games, and no excuse. I actually had fun buying a car with these guys and the staff is so knowledgeable that I knew every in and out of my car when I left. They let me test drive the car without pressuring me and breathing down my neck. I recommend that not only you should go but your friends and family should come along and be impressed by this beacon of hope in the car buying game. These guys are what car buying should be, hands down. more

My ""go to"" Guys 9/1/2011

Plain and simple, these guys rock! I've never had such a good time buying a car. I'm used to having to beg and fight to get any type of information on price, history, financing options and service. These guys give it to you right up front. They're not pushy at all and it is truly a relaxed and fun environment. Best of all was that I got a smoking deal on a BMW 528ix that I bought and I didn't have to go through the three hour beating that you normally take at other dealerships. I don't know why other dealerships don't adopt their business model. These are my ""go to"" guys from now on. This is the only place in town to buy a car. more

I am loving my subaru. They take so good care of it. When I first came here I was scared that they were going to be overpriced but I went in anyways because the subaru caught my eye. Then when I finally talked to a salesman I realized that isn't as expensive as I thought it would be and it comes with all these services to maintain the vehicle. It was a deal I couldn't pass up and til this day I am still grateful that I chose this place. more

My porsche is in excellent condition because ever since I bought it they been maintaining all the services on the car. If I have any questions or concerns about the car they just tell me to bring it in and they take a look at it. Thanks you guys for everything. more

I dealt with my new buddy, Matt at Byers Imports. I bought a used VW Jetta. The car is absolutely beautiful inside and out. They also offer service to my new/used car to help keep it in great shape. My experience here was 5 star and I felt that I got a good deal and am ecstatic with my purchase. more

Made my car buying easy 8/10/2011

I was driving around planning on buying a new car. I came across Byers Imports and right when I got out of my car I received the service that I should have receive. The salesmen who helped me was very polite and was clear explaining things to me. I ended up buying a car there and very happy with it and the service. more

I had a great experience. I bought a 2008 Mercedes from Byer and dealt with a man named George. He was very fair and communicated with me at all stages. My car does run great and I am hard pressed to believe that anyone at Byers was rude. I give them an A+ more

Appreciate service 8/8/2011

I checked Byers Imports out online for an Audi A4. I found a couple of cars that I was interested in so took a visit over there. I ended up buying the Audi for what I feel was a fair price for everyone. What I appreciated was the service after the sale. They did a good wax on the car and the headlights came out crystal clear and non-glaring. I would recommend both the sales and service side. more

Finding a company that you feel comfortable to buy a car can be a search and believe me it took me several tries before finding a reliable and honest facility. I like Byer Imports and feel that they treat me as a top customer. The price is fair but the honesty and reliability are the key to my happiness here. more

Certified techs 8/2/2011

Recently purchased tires from and had them installed by Byers Imports. The service was prompt and courteous. The job took about an hour. The certified technician was well acquainted with tire pressure systems and took care not to damage the sensors mounted inside the wheel. I highly recommend. more

I finally took the plunge, got rid of my junker, and bought a very nice certified car from Byers Imports. I had a great experience! I feel like there was no pressure.
