Not only are they taking money for items they do not have in stock, several manufacturers have investigations underway with this business /individual who has no selling agreements...

I couldn't rate a 0 3/7/2012

I have been trying for weeks to get ahold of the company, by email and phone. There has been no response. The money for the purchase was immediately withdrawn from my account on 02/21/2012. I have yet to receive my product, a tracking number, or an excuse why I haven't received it. I have contacted the BBB to file a complaint. The absolute worst customer service from a company I have ever received. more

One man company with no customer service 1/14/2012

What a headache! Shopping online is suppose to be easy. Not so if you're dealing with Buxnie. Apparently its a one man operation, according to the Better Business Bureau, which is where I ended up after trying to resolve issues with this company. more
