Not only are they taking money for items they do not have in stock, several manufacturers have investigations underway with this business /individual who has no selling agreements...

Not only are they taking money for items they do not have in stock, several manufacturers have investigations underway with this business /individual who has no selling agreements whatsoever with their distributors. BUYER BEWARE! This company accumulates orders after charging customers and taking their money and uses the back ordered demand as a way to leverage manfufacturers and distributors into selling agreements. Person answering the phone is full of excuses and slow follow through. Refund requested 3 times, took almost 2 weeks to get after waiting 3 weeks for an item to be shipped that was supposed to be in stock. RED FLAG more

I ordered a potting bench from Buxnie.....initially, after ordering I was notified the item was out of stock. I made a phone call to Buxnie and Daniel very quickly resolved my problem and gave me a discount on another bench which arrived in the time frame that was promised and is of very good quality. I was very impressed with the quality customer service I received and would definately order from this company again! more

Horrible 3/7/2012

I ordered something from the website on 02/21/12, the money was immediately withdrawn from my account. I have sent multiple emails, and called multiple times. There is never an answer from the phone calls, or the emails. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as of today, 03/08/12 I have not received an email, phone call, tracking number, or my product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I would have rated a zero if it was possible. more
