The Butler is another gem in Youngstown’s impressive arts scene. The Butler is nationally recognized as one of the leading museums of American arts. Its most famous piece is probably the Whip Prints By Winslow Homer, one of the first pieces purchased for the museum by Mr. Butler, the founder. Over the years the museum has expanded and now includes a technology center for electronic arts, which has some really cool exhibits, the likes of which wouldn’t normally be seen in a city of Youngstown’s size.
