Butera Market is a hidden gem of a supermarket. Though the Muzak and definitively older crowd that frequents the market might discourage the younger shopper, I challenge you to find a grocery store with fresher produce and meat or a better selection of international foods.
Aside from their deli/meats, bakery, and produce, pickings' are slim. Don't expect to find much selection in the frozen foods section or personal hygiene aisle. Also, expect to wait a LONG time to check out. They seem to have two cashiers at any given time on the registers. Go when you're not in a hurry to check out. They also don't have a frequent shopper's program, so no discount card is needed.
