This moving company is awesome. At first I was a little bit scared about using a moving company because its been about 12 years since I had to use one. The movers were respectful and trust worthy. I used them twice in March 2014 and had no problems/nothing broke. Even received a compliment from the lady at the storage unit about how respectful the movers were. In regards to Mr. John Guzman's review of our company listed below, we must say that we're very disappointed in his review and that in light of all the discounts that we applied to his account he would still attempt to discredit our services. This issue is Mr. Guzman overlooked the fact the once he had secured a date and time slot by leaving a deposit, it automatically excludes potential customers from securing that date and time slot, and as it clearly states on Mr. Guzman's initial receipt there will be a "rescheduling fee applied". Mr Guzman agreed to pay the rescheduling fee in 2 weeks by "signing documents" and that request was granted. When Mr. Guzman failed to comply with these arrangements and after making several attempts to reach Mr. Guzman by phone, text, and email we had no other recourse, but to charge Mr. Guzman at that time for the rescheduling fee which he had already agreed to pay in 2 weeks. We hired Burrell's twice. Both times, the company tried to change the agreed-upon price. The second time, our furniture was on the truck, and the company threatened to hold our belongings hostage if we didn't pay an extra approximately 20%. How disappointing that a company would not stand behind their quotes. Most recently, the company charged my card without my authorization an extra $175 without my authorization. BUYER BEWARE! more

Buyer Beware. We've hired this contractor twice, and twice they have tried to change the price quoted. They threatened to hold our belongings hostage after they were loaded into the truck on our second move if we didn't pay an additional 20% on top of the initial quote. Additionally, they charged our credit card without our permission. Very, very disappointing! more
