In regards to Mr. John Guzman's review of our company listed below, we must say that we're very disappointed in his review and that in light of all the discounts that we applied to his account he would still attempt to discredit our services. This issue is Mr. Guzman overlooked the fact the once he had secured a date and time slot by leaving a deposit, it automatically excludes potential customers from securing that date and time slot, and as it clearly states on Mr. Guzman's initial receipt there will be a ""rescheduling fee applied"". Mr Guzman agreed to pay the rescheduling fee in 2 weeks by ""signing documents"" and that request was granted. When Mr. Guzman failed to comply with these arrangements and after making several attempts to reach Mr. Guzman by phone, text, and email we had no other recourse, but to charge Mr. Guzman at that time for the rescheduling fee which he had already agreed to pay in 2 weeks.
