Nice Experience 6/5/2012

Had a lovely experience and they went above and beyond. However after they repaired the cap they took to much off the tooth that was underneath and it is now horribly sensitive. more

Everyone at The Burgess Center is very professional and go out of their way to make the visit as pleasant as possible. I have had no problems with any of their services including routine cleanings & exams, root canal, fillings, & cosmetic services including whitening and corrective appliances. more

Excellent service with "personalized attention" :-} 5/28/2012

Excellent service ... the team contacted my several times to offer me an available appointment (from a last minute cancellation) so that I could get my cleaning at an earlier date. I travel quite a bit I can't tell you how much I appreciated this personalized attention. I always highly recommend this dentist office with a "spa" like setting! :-} more

Always feel confortable 5/24/2012

I have never been to a dentist like Dr. Burgess before. His staff is always friendly. His waiting area is very comfortable and the massage chair is awesome. His "work area" is always clean they have nice chairs with TV's and Headphones. The Dr himself is always friendly, well kept and professional. He always has helped me chose the kind of dental work that is right for me not necassarily the most expensive. He and his staff have taken as much of the agony of going to the dentist as possible. The after care is also top notch. "Smile Care" this aint! more

From the time you enter Burgess Center for Cosmetic Dentistry you are made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. The environment in the waiting lounge is very relaxing has has a spa like feel. The services are superior and Dr. Burgess is always willing to spend the time necessary to ensure your needs or concerns are met. I wouldn't dream of going to another dentist. more

Professional, caring staff as always 5/21/2012

Though I wasn't expecting to have a 2 hour treatment and laser surgery when I made my appt., the experience was made so much better by the pleasant, caring staff, the professionalism of everyone there, and the clear explanations I got. And Dr. B's sense of humor always helps too! more

Actually enjoy going to see Dr. Burgess and Center 5/21/2012

The people are so fantastic, remembering their clients by name and always being so nice and cheerful. The hygenists do a great job and explain what they are doing, and are very gentle and thoughtful. Makes getting your teeth cleaned a pleasure! The staff takes their cues from Dr. Burgess who is the best dentist I have ever been to and I have lived up and down the eastern seaboard. Doesn't push unnecessary work or services and is very honest discussing any concerns or issues you might have. Has a great sense of humor, but is always a professional. I would recommend the Burgess Center to anyone. more

Great first time experience! 5/14/2012

I never felt any pain or discomfort during the procedure, other than my usual jaw pain. And I was so pleased that I had almost no soreness the days following my dental work. The teeth look fantastic, as the color matches my other teeth perfectly. Thank you so much! more
