Overall - the environment is set to exude a family friendly feel, to help meet the needs of individuals wants, while providing good product services. Making sure people are made to feel comfortable, as we are all very different - it is true - is somethign Dr. Burgess and his staff try to accommodate. They strive to be personable while respecting privacy - in the midst of their elaborating on areas of expertise, to help you be in on the way they keep up with those cutting edge advancements made in the industry today. more

Outstanding Dentistry 12/12/2012

This is the only dentist I haven't feared. Dr. Burgess is always up front about what he needs to do and does it without pain. Also, his staff from the front desk to the hygiensts are very professional, polite, and interested in how you feel. I feel very confortable when I have to visit. more

As far as we are concerned, the best dentist in Florida and we will make the trip anytime, Dr Burgess is great, he and his remarkable staff can handle any dental problem. He always reccomends the right treatment for any problem you may have and do not push extra unnecesary treatment. They are the best. more

I have been going to the doctor for the last twelve years. 11/27/2012

I have relocated at least five times throughtout my career and have had as many doctors. I can honestly say I lhave not had a doctor that was as good, professional and friendly as Eric. He did a great job repairing a chipped front tooth that I was told could not be repaired better than what was done. He has always been available if needed and understands what needs to be done. more

Very happy with Dr, Burgess and his staff. 11/26/2012

To really trust someone in this industry is important. Dr. Burgess was recommended to me from a friend, which is the only way I go when it comes to Dr.s, dentists, OBGYN, babysitters and hair. After years of bonding treatments on my two front teeth I finally gave into veneers, which was a better solution and will last longer then the bonding. It took some encouragement from Dr. Burgess and his staff because it is a big commitment in my book and at first I didn't want to get veneers. I like keeping what I have and loosing half of my tooth didn't sound too good. There was no pressure from him or his staff. He only gave me my options and educated me on what I can do. Dr. Burgess completely understood where I was coming from. I'm glad I did it and love my teeth. He is good at what he does and the solution to go veneers was the best result. more

Great Dentist 11/5/2012

I visited three dentists because of a chipped front tooth veneer. He was the only dentist who fixed it temporarily and was confident that he could replace the one tooth without wanting to do extensive dentistry. Thanks for being honest. more

Best dental experience ever 10/22/2012

I have always hated going to the dentist, but going here is always easy. There is never any pain associated with any procedure. The staff is great and always looking out for the customers' needs. more

My son (special needs) and I always look forward to seeing Dr. Eric and the staff of the Burgess Center. It takes knowledge and confidence to work with the "special needy" and Dr. Eric has done an amazing job for over 10 years! On several occasions Dr. Eric has agreed to see me in emergency situations within minutes of my request. I would highly encourage all of my friends to check out the Burgess Center in Ponte Vedra. more

Have worked in the dental field for 16yrs+. Moved to the area and found Dr Burgess through his credentials online. His practice is among the best that I have come across. His staff is wonderfully efficient and friendly. They give each person exemplary, personalized care. Dr Burgess's chairside manner is wonderful. He is a top notch cosmetic dentist that I would recommend to anyone. more

Best dentist in town! Staff is super nice and they remember their customers. They are highly professional but very personable. Have been going here for the past 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Hygenists do a great job and explain what they are doing. Dr. Burgess sets the tone for his practice, professional, patient, and takes his time getting to know his patients. He discuss options for care, mindful of costs and has a great sense of humor. more

Dr. Burgess is very personable as well as his staff. They make you feel welcomed and are so warm and friendly. Very professional. Every experience I've had with the staff made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door until I left. more
