On Fridat May 2, 2008 at 12:24 pm. My borhter in law , sister inlaw, my wife and I walked in to the astablishment at 4004 Kemp st in Wichita Falls , Texas. We where not greeted when we came to the counter and ordered our food. We ordered 4 value meals, ticket number 1275. We ordered our burgers special due to food alergies and they where wrong. Plus, onion rings where cold, soggy and nasty. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food . I tried to talk to the manager in charge and she just refered me to the number on the reciept. She was not willing to talk about the issue or to satisfy me as a customer. The lobby was dirty and there was no where clean to eat the meal. P.S I did call the number on the reciept and still to date (May 20, 2008) I have not heard a redponse regarding these matters. Thank You for your time and listening to my complaints. Hope to have better service in the future.
Cons: Need more employees during peek service times. Better customer relations.
