Good: The girl at the window Katavia was very nice and polite.. Bad: Not getting my order the way I ordered it.. Improvements: The person that assembles the sandwich-read the order.. Other: This is not the first time I've had this same problem at this same location. If I order my sandwich without lettuce-I don't want lettuce. It is very clear on the receipt-no lettuce but the "kitchen" makes it "their way". Now that I've read the other reviews for this location and see that other customers were told to go to Hwy.19 location - it's obvious this store doesn't need business, especially not mine. I like spicy food so I think Wendy's spicy chicken is my new favorite.. more

This place is 'staffed' by lazy high school dropouts. They are on cell phones chatting, and while you are in line waiting for about 20 minutes, you will surely witness at least 7 or 8 people come in and come back to the counter to get an order corrected.... sigh. Trash everywhere... more

POOR MANAGEMENT POOR STAFF Most do not comprehend English, they are constantly texting and chatting on cell phones. The manager was actually standing on food prep counters to change signs when a customer complained of overcharge. If they are out of condiments, you are told that "It's not my problem". Go to the one on SR 19 more
