BC is known for the belly dancing, but you know the dancers don't feast at the weekend brunch buffet like real patrons. Salads of tomato, cucumber, onions and feta, deep fried meatballs, spinach and cheese pies, yigendes (those big lima-like beans), fried potatoes, stifado, dolmades, and egg plant parmesan. That's what I eat, and I skip some trays. The only thing holding BC back is that the quality of service suffers in comparison with the quality of the food. more

My Experience 5/19/2002

I can appreciate everyone elses reviews, but my experience here was a HUGE negative. We went in after work to have a few drinks and dinner. They served the beer we ordered in these large plastic glasses, which we thought was a little weird. When we were ready to pay our bill and leave they tried to charge us for the glasses, saying that they were ours to keep and we had to pay for them. When we told them we didn't want them, they got very irritated and started yelling. We couldn't believe it. Nobody told us that we had to pay for the glasses (it added about $50 to our bill), and when we explained that we didn't want them, they freaked out. It gave our entire group the feeling they were trying to screw us. We left very pissed off and have never been back. more
