When driving back from Key West we were looking for a good place to eat. We decided to stop at the local Kmart to see if we could get a recommendation (there really wasn't anywhere else to ask) from a local. We picked the guy wearing a tie (had to be a local, who else is wearing a tie in the Keys?) he recommended Burdines. It takes a bit to get there, you need to drive through the marina & it doesn't look like much on the outside. But it has great views of boats drifting past, good food, great service & really good Key Lime pie. Definitely a place to stop on a return trip.
