After scheduling an appointment for today from 2-4 and having my boyfriend take off work to be at the house waiting, 3:00 rolls around with no technician or phone call. Called bulwark to find out what happened and was told by a manager that there was a previous balance from an account at a different address from 2 years ago. My ex husband was supposed to take care of the balance, so therefore I had no idea there was anything outstanding. I would have thought the person I initially talked to and scheduled the appointment with, would have made me aware of that when I called in. So instead of calling me and letting me take care of the payment so that we could continue on with the appointment, the manager I spoke with today told me that my number was placed on a call list, but no one had been able to call me yet. He didn't offer an apology for wasting our time, money and entire day without the decency of a phone call. He just asked if I wanted to pay the balance and schedule a new appt for another day. I kindly declined and will be finding another company to come out, as I don't want to do business with a company that clearly doesn't value the time of their customers.
