Due to current economic conditions, corporate decisions with regard to relocations have been put off until the last minute leaving very little time for planning, design and construction. Bana's lease negotiations with their former landlord had broken down and they were fast approaching their lease expiration and the prospect of costly "hold-over" penalties. By the time we negotiated a lease, prepared and bid construction documents and secured a building permit, we had less than five weeks to construct an eight-week project.
