We are new to the clinic, this was our third time and our last time! Went there with concerns about two growths on my dog, Jake. The one on his back was growing rapidly and changing colors. He is prone to warts, but they always go away. This one was not. \r
Saw dr. Grimm ( suitedly named!). She said because jake had some matted hair and dried blood around the growth, she would have to shave the hair down. Heard Jake yelping in the back. Came back and she had shaved half the growth off!!!\r
I I commented on him bleeding a bit and she said ( very rudely!) "" no he's not!"" Paid and went outside where you could really see the damage. My dog is now traumatized and was literally crying all the way home. Before I left, I went back in and spoke to the acting office manager who was very kind. Told me the owner,rDr. Bullard would call me monday. Dr. Bullard just called and NOT AT ALL impressed. Did not apologize until I mentioned he didn't even apologize and made a very luke warm and half hearted remedy of returning with Jake "" to see what he could do at 'no charge'"" ( like I should have to pay to have him fix his staff member's mutilation of my dog?!?) Don't take your animal there if you care about them... I wouldn't even take roadkill there as they would probably find a way to hurt it even more.
