I just got back from my New Years Eve dinner at the Bull Ring. My entire family and I have been talking about our meal non stop since we got back so I felt compelled to write this review. I ordered the Bone-in Filet. I ordered mine rare. When you first slice into this steak you immediately realize how tender this steak is. A rare steak market price at forty dollars. Everyone has had something that ""melts in their mouth"". This steak went beyond that leaving such amazing flavor my your mouth I chose to avoid the steak sauce entirely. No blood drowned the plate. Only a hot plate of butter.. Grilled perfectly on the outside with a warm slightly fatty but rich bone to gnaw on at the end. If you can't already tell, I recommend eating here every day your in New Mexico.
