I am happy to read this company and HVAC builders was the best company. They have a solutions for providing fast and reliable Heating and Air Conditioning service.

Twice now i have stayed home from work to meet technician for scheduled work. Both times they didn't show. First time technician was sick, ok fine but couldn't some one else have ...

Helped us in a time of need! 2/25/2011

Our furnance went out at 4 a.m. on a cold morning. When I called at 9, I was told that someone would be there, probably in the afternoon. The techician showed up about 11:30. It was a good thing I was home! The repair was done quickly. The technician was very professional, courteous and took time to answer all of our questions. He educated us on what the problem was and offered suggestions on future service. He even left a water detection device in our crawl space! I had questions about our water heater, which he gladly answered. more

I have relied on Builders Heating since 1982. Ver satisfied with their service, reliability, and fairness in pricing. When I have technical issues, the owner gets personally involved to solve my problem. In an emergency they will always fit you in. more

Heat problems 3/5/2010

We had some rattling sounds coming from our furnace and the heat was not coming on when it should have. The rattle was coming from the inducer so that was replaced. While the tech visited I asked a lot of questions about the heater as well as other things like how to better run the humidifier water from the pump to a drain. He was very helpful and also suggested I use water alarms so I know when there is a water problem in the basement. While he was there he also noticed the gas pressure being low when the furnace was on at the same time as the water heater. Xcell came out to turn up the pressure. After the inducer was installed he cleaned the system as requested. A few days later we noticed the heat was still not coming on when it should. I think with all the issues, that issue was overlooked by him and us both. A second guy came out to add a new set of eyes although I would have been fine with the first guy. Turned out a few wires were loose. The heat runs fine now and weâ??re glad we went ahead and replaced the inducer and had the cleaning done. more

A quality company, no problems. 3/4/2010

The previous owner of my home had used Builder's Heating to maintain the furnace, which was how I first heard about them. They have done maintenance work for me and put in a new air conditioner as well. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and clean. They have gone above and beyond to get the problem fixed. 3/4/2010

I was having a major issue with my boiler furnace and had already had 4 people come out to try to resolve the problem. No one had really listened to me or tried to work with me on cost. I contacted Builder's Heating and they have been wonderful. Rich and Scott came out on the spot. They have listened, explained everything to me, and gone above and beyond to get the problem fixed. They answer my phone calls and have told me that they will be here until they solve the issue. I have told all of my friends to use Builder's Heating because they are professionals, their price is fair, and they have treated me with the utmost respect. Linda Crist more

Good Heating & Air Conditioning People 2/26/2010

Builder's is a good company. Their technicians are prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to explain things to us. We do their maintenance program where they check out our furnace and air conditioner once a year. If we have any problems after that, they don't charge us a diagnostic charge and we get a 15% discount on any repairs and service. Highly recommend them. more

My experience with Builder's Heating was outstanding. I called them because our boiler had a leak, and it turned out to be the thermal coupler. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things. He replaced 2 valves and put in a new thermal coupler...everything is working well now. I would recommend Builder's Heating to anyone in need of boiler service. Mark Young more
