I really like Bugs are Gone Exterminating. Whenever they come in, they make sure to clean up extremely well and explain exactly what they're doing. Everything is great. I've been using them for six years and there has never been a pest problem that they haven't been able to solve. They've gotten rid of ants, roaches, rats, everything! They're always polite and respectful of my home and do a terrifically effective job. I've already recommended them to some of my friends. more

Bugs Are Gone Exterminating come by to spray for pests. They do everything they're supposed to do and don't miss a spot. The tech is a good worker and everything turned out fine. more

Mice control 3/4/2014

My mother and sister had a problem with mice in their house and because we used bugsaregone for other jobs before we instantly call them so they could take care of the issue. Sure enough after one visit the pronlem was taking care of and we haven't had any issues since with mice. I would highly recommend the team over at bugsaregone no question. more

Simply outstanding service from a great company. After inspection, we received a very thorough analysis of the results, and discussed options.  They were very knowledgeable about pest and the products used to treat them. Miguel completed the work professionally and competently, spending extra time to make sure the job was done right.  I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs an exterminator. more

Very satisfied 2/14/2014

Bugs Are Gone Exterminating is by far the best company I've used for pest control. I've been using them for quite a few years now and have found them to be very reliable. They're responsive whenever I've had an emergency which I've always appreciated. They're always courteous, professional, and make sure to shut the door when they leave. I've used them for general exterminating but they have also helped me get rid of a nasty mice problem when I first moved into my house. They're usually always on time and will notify me if they are ever running five minutes late. Everything about my experience has been positive and I'd strongly recommend them. more

Excellent service and communication 2/13/2014

I have had a very positive experience working with Bugs Are Gone Exterminating to get rid of a pesky clothes moths problem. They gave me good instructions for how to prepare for treatment, were on time and knowledgable and have been 100% willing to work with me on making sure the problem is gone. I highly recommend them. more

Resolved my issues quickly and effectively! 2/13/2014

I own a four family building and I had a problem with rats. I have used Bugs are Gone Exterminating on several occasions and they come out right away. I spoke with the owner when I called and he was very nice. He sent a crew out to investigate. The crew was very professional and thorough. They investigated and go to the root of the problem. I was informed of the root of the problem and given helpful suggestions. The resolved the issue quickly and effectively. more

I've been using Bugs Are Gone Exterminating for about a year and a half. They come every month, and I've had no problems since I've been using them. They are very attentive, and they come when I need. They are very detail-oriented. They come and solve the problem, and they don't leave till they figure out what the problem is. It's a very good price for the work they put in! more

Best Pest Control Company Ever 7/12/2007

I have been using this company since 1999 and to tell you the truth, when I took them on I was loaded with insects. They came and fumigated my house, put me on a monthly plan. It was the greatest. I have not had any problems with Insects since. \r However, January 2007 came, I went away on vacation, I came back with those dreaded bedbugs. I thought I was going to die. Their customer service department was one of the best. They explained that they had a three programs to choose from, and I took the one that was suited to my needs. And NOW they are gone. I can not tell you how thrilled I am to sleep at night, and not think about what was biting me. I would recommed them to everyone. Pros: Customer service, Performance, Quality of their work, and Skilled Technicians Cons: They don't have any more
