BEWARE!!! This place is a joke. I ordered a dune buggy for my children for christmas. I ordered it about a month before christmas and they assured me it would be to me in plenty of time. I was told by RJ as well as Maria that I would have it. After two weeks of getting the run around and it being ""processed"" and them charging my credit card I received a phone call stating that I would not receive it. They said they had none in stock. According to them the boxes were labeled incorectly when they received them from China and they didn't bother to check the box until the delivery truck was backing into their warehouse. What a crock! Of course they tried to sell me a different one that was $1,000 more then the one I oredered. These people are A+ SCAMMERS. These people ruined my childrens Christmas. After looking on the internet I found that they've had 4 different names in the past 2-3 years. I should have done better research before I ordered from them and save myself the time and frustration. more

Great Potential. I wish I had a good experience. 7/18/2011

I bought the 150cc Leike Hornet from their site in February. It's a great little bike. It looks great and feels great. I received it with the front right blinker not working, the left passenger stirrup was entirely missing, an uncalibrated speedometer, a non functioning tachometer, and the engine covering was totally cracked. I called them to initiate a claim with the warranty dept. 4 phone calls, and 53 min. later, I spoke with a sales rep who didn't know anything about the warranty, and got to a warranty dept. voice mail that was full! So I looked to get these things repaired elsewhere. Nobody knows where to get parts for this bike. I used the bike to get to work and home (11.4 miles) NEVER laid it down. All the appropriate and on time check ups and tunings. I've taken REALLY good care of it. Now there is a CRACK IN THE FRAME and they've taken over a MONTH to initiate the new claim. They are now REFUSING to even help cover the cost to repair it! POOR customer service. I wish I had the same experience as some of these other reviews. I am taking legal action. more
