I just got back from there. The service was amazingly bad. I hope that it isn't always like this. The place was crowded so I give the hotel that as an excuse. I booked 3 nights and on the second day I went shopping and went to my room to drop off my stuff and the room was locked. I couldn't get in. The room was booked for other people with all of my luggage in there! The people at the front desk admitted it was a mistake, but lectured me about it. I was so hungry and couldn't eat for 3 hours after that so that I could wait for this whole ordeal to be fixed. A women working in the games area harrassed my 8 year old son, right in front of me. The Mc Donalds staff was slow and rude. The cafe forgot to serve us after 45 mins of sitting. The buffet people seemed annoyed they were there. My mom asked a bar tender for water and he never gave it to her. The floors were filthy. The people who cleaned the rooms woke us up everyday at 7:30am. We were out all night after the concerts. The concerts were great though. The rooms are cheap and overall I probably might stay at one of Terribles hotels again, but not this one.
