The friendliest bar in Nashville 2/27/2008

I just started going back to Buffalo Billiards after living out of state for a while. WOW! This place was AWESOME! Great drink specials, tons of t.v.'s to watch my favorite teams, and the best bar staff I've ever seen. They were so friendly and helpful. It was like they couldn't wait to get me a drink. I used to go to Buffalo back in the day, but it's like a different place now. It's not as crowded and again, the staff is great!\r Cool jukebox to play whatever song you might want to hear.\r I would recommend this bar to anyone whose looking for a great time, cheap drinks and cool people. I will be back...weekly! Pros: Prices, service, atmoshere more

Best After Sporting Event Spot 10/31/2007

We had a great time at the after watching a local sporting event there; the staff and fans were very friendly and hospitable! more

Good pool tables 11/3/2006

The sticks were straight and in good condition. The tables seemed level. The decor is a little musty, but overall its a fun place to shoot pool. The table ledge along the wall is a great place for resting drinks and pitchers. Pros: Pool tables and beer Cons: food, parking more

Visiting Nashville for the first time in March this year, we had lots to see and do, amongst which included finding somewhere to play some pool. We came across Buffalo Billiards one afternoon, and found the staff very helpful in the way they explained the way things worked as far as paying for your games etc. After that initial visit, it became a regular haunt most afternoons we were Downtown. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Pros: helpful staff, polite staff, value for money more

Not Wanted? 6/30/2003

My only goal one sunday was to shoot some pool, and I fell upon BB, and it turned into a nerve wrecking experience. They guys working said there were no more pool tables to shoot on when there were three tables empty, stating here were three people waiting on tables. Looking around for 15 min. no one proceeded to acquire the empty tables. Upon asking the workers for assistance again, one guy was about to help until another suggested otherwise ignoring me completely. Pros: many pool tables, lovely setting, mixed atmosphere Cons: poor customer serv., inconsiderate workers more

No doubt for all 12/29/2002

Always busy, no lines, and many atmospheres. Down stairs you have the pool tables and couches, so if you are up to a casual get together or a meeting ground to get your night started, this is it. Upstairs is Havana Lounge where you can toss down a couple more drinks before kicking it on the dance floor. By far my favoite in the Nashville. Pros: Music, Atmospheres, People more

BallsDeep for Buffalo 11/9/2002

There is a great mix of people at Buffalo Billiards. I always have a blast. Upstairs has a great DJ in DJ Lance. It's also a cool place to meet up with friends before you hit another club in the District. Pros: hot female bartenders, beautiful crowd, lots of room to play more

Buffalo Billiards is great 11/8/2002

I have a fantastic time every time I go. Yeah it can get crowded -- but I think that's just 'cause there are lots of people like me who want to go all the time. Good place to go with a group or just with a friend. And great, friendly servers. Pros: Great scene, Fun, Friendly more

Buffalo Dung 10/25/2002

This place would be fine if they simple removed all the people that work there. Customer service must be some sort of running joke around the place. In the course of one evening I was ignored, lied to, then they somehow ""lost"" my credit card. You couldn't pay me to go back. Pros: nice location Cons: People, service, people more

12 freinds and I were in for the first time this Saturday and let me tell you I've been in a lot of places in a lot of towns but this place took the cake. Despite the 4 deep around the bar, the several bartenders that waited on us never lost the time to make us feel like a indivdual. Most places are either to loud or the bartenders treat you like your just another tip. Not to mention there must be something in the water because the staff and the cliental is one of the best looking I've seen in one place since the MTV awards show. This the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. A place you love to be and a place you hate to leave. I would give this place a 20 if I could but a 10 will do. more
