The reviews below are 3+ years old, so clearly things have changed. Here's what's wrong with this place:
#1: Don't be fooled by the fancy, cutesy website - the place actually looks like a regular adult dentist office with a few kids posters thrown on the walls. The waiting room has kids games but that's mainly to keep them quiet.
#2: The dentist treated my 3-year-old like an adult and didn't seem to have any special skills or experience working with children. Luckily my daughter is mature and cooperated well, but they could have made an effort to be more kid friendly and kid-oriented; I can imagine them having problems with other children.
#3: The tools they used were not sized for a small mouth - they had trouble using them on her!
#4: They suggested work that another reputable dentist said was not necessary.
#5: When I asked what sedatives they would be using, the dentist was not completely forthcoming about their work.
#6: They do not allow parents to view the procedures. This would be acceptable if we were at a hospital, but for a place I've never been to before, I am not comfortable with you sedating my child and working on her without me even able to see what is happening.
#7: They gave us a copy of the wrong X-rays! These were NOT her teeth!
#8: Even though the suggested procedure (crowns) was said by the dentist to be ""not urgent,"" they followed up calling the next day and were pushy about scheduling another appointment. I thought you were a dentist, not a car salesman!
#9: When we told them in the aforementioned phone call that we would be seeking a second opinion before returning, the next day we received a letter essentially stating that our business was no longer welcome and we could not come back to them!
Not recommended - rude, arrogant, pushy, and condescending towards parents & patient!
