I will never do business at this office again! There was so much wrong with this experience. Starting w/ not having the vehicle I reserved, nor anyone else's that was there that morning, it took over an hour to get out of there w/ the rental. Including charging my card an addtl fee 3-4 days after returning the car. When asked, I was told the backseat was filthy w/ stains and covered in dog hair. I DON'T EVEN OWN A DOG!! It was a 3 day road trip w/ my son, who sat in the front seat the whole time, the backseat was empty the whole trip! They refused to refund the charges, stating they had to have someone clean the car. Don't they have to clean the car after every rental?? more
