You were very knowledgable (helping me to choose the right degree of light-screening for the solar blinds, especially), non-pressuring, and a pleasure to have in my home to develop the estimates. You answered all my questions and helped me to consider options and choices I hadn't thought of! The installation process was very gratifying; I had just experienced several other kinds of home improvement people and by far, your installers were the most careful of my possessions, carpet, etc.; they paid great attention to details that make the blinds fit and hang exactly right. You also are providing follow-up services that make me sure that you will honor the guarantee that came with the installation/blinds. I have always been a do-it-yourself person regarding window treatments. However, I couldn't find anything in local DIY stores, and when I looked at other installations companies and online the costs were going to be horrendous. Although ""budget blinds"" is not really ""budget"" compared to DIY, the results were so much better than I could have achieved that it was worth it! ...not to mention that local DIY suppliers didn't have the blinds I wanted.
